(V0-AWS-Hackathon) I built a demo of ZeroCo — an AI-native operating system that helps a company define its business result, select the right Digital FTEs, and set operating guardrails before automation starts. Instead of just building another chatbot, ZeroCo asks the core operating questions first: What result should the business produce? Who is the customer? What painful bottleneck blocks the result? Which tasks are repetitive? Which actions need human approval? Which actions should be blocked? Which Digital FTEs should run the operation? In this demo, I walk through the flow for generating an AI-native operating system using focused business inputs, risk controls, and Digital FTE selection. The goal is simple: Turn messy business operations into controlled, measurable, AI-powered workflows. This is an early build, but the direction is clear: AI companies should not just have tools.
