However, given the pandemic, Psyonix opted to cancel the World Championship altogether and divert extra cash into the respective regional finals instead, together with hosting extra on-line tournaments soon after the RLCS season ended.
  
  Under the brand new RLCS X format, the season will span three splits: Fall, Winter, and Spring. Each split will feature three nearby events apiece in North American and Europe (for 18 in general), which include a Major occasion at the give up of every cut up. Psyonix continues to be working with organisers in Oceania and South American to finalise the ones regions’ competitive details.  less
